Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

BOXING

An hour long workout teaching you some basic techniques whilst you punch your way to fitness!

 

BUTT 'N' GUTS

Great workout for the areas you love to hate!  Isolating problem areas like thighs and bottoms with the use of steps. You’ll be sure to tone up in no time!

 

FAT BURNER

Hi/Lo aerobics to improve fitness and burn fat.  This is followed by an intense toning, abdominal and stretching workout.

 

FREE STYLE STEP

Exciting choreographed routines built layer upon layer. A simple, athletic and fun workout using a step platform.

 

TAI BO

Is a combination of martial arts movements in time with music to get you fit, burn fat and increase your flexibility. You can learn how to kick, punch, knee and defend yourself.

 

T.H.T.

Tummy/Hips/Thighs.  A low impact, fat burning aerobic workout followed by toning and resistance work to target the tummy, hips and thighs.

 

YOGA

Improve your flexibility and stamina, whilst relaxing your mind.  A great way to unwind.

 

SPIN

What an experience!  Our beautifully designed luminous studio will invigorate you to climb those hills, cruise along the open roads and sprint to the finish line. A calorie killer and fantastic cardio workout.  Control the resistance feature on your bike to suite your fitness level.
