Spanning over two levels and having just undergone an extensive refurbishment and upgrade of its facilities the club now offers a comprehensive health experience to meet your needs.

State of the Art Ladies Gym

Machines designed specifically for use by ladies whether it be toning, slimming, fitness or strength work. Lighter customised machines designed with you in mind and Fitness machines to help you lose kilos and tone and shape.

Mixed Gymnasium

Equipped with a full range of Hammer and Calgym strength equipment and a huge range of free weights. Perfect for everybody whether you are a serious or social athlete, bodybuilder or simply just wanting to improve your physique or  general health. Gym staff with a wide range of experience are floor walking to assist you get the most out of your workout routine.

Spin Studio

A designated spin bike studio to maximise your indoor cycling experience

Group exercise Studio

Large open air conditioned space providing a broad range of group exercise routines from Body pump to Yoga, Pilates or Boxing classes.

Cardio Theatre

Treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, steppers and crosstrainers with an in-house Foxtel service at your disposal throughout your cardio routine.

Friday                           6.00am to 9.30pm

Saturday                      8.00am to 6.00pm

Sunday                        8.00am to 6.00pm
