Class Descriptions

 

T.H.T.

A low impact, fat burning aerobic workout followed by toning and resistance work to target the tummy, hips and thighs.

 

FAT BURNER

Hi/Lo aerobics to improve fitness and burn fat.  This is followed by an intense toning, abdominal and stretching workout.

 

FREE STYLE STEP

Exciting choreographed routines built layer upon layer. A simple, athletic and fun workout using a step platform.

 

YOGA

Improve your flexibility and stamina, whilst relaxing your mind.  A great way to unwind.

 

BOOTCAMP

A class catering for all fitness levels and body types. Fun and fast paced, aimed at toning the whole body! Will you take the challenge?

 

SPIN

What an experience!  Our beautifully designed luminous studio will invigorate you to climb those hills, cruise along the open roads and sprint to the finish line. A calorie killer and fantastic cardio workout.  Control the resistance features on your bike to suite your fitness level.

 

ZUMBA

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class designed for cardio and muscle toning and is an exciting fun way to sculpt n tone the body.

 

ZUMBA TONING

A blend of body sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning strength-training class.

 

LLLS (LIVING LONGER LIVING STRONGER)

Regain and maintain muscle strength, improve balance, gait, flexibility and co-ordination. Preserve bone density, effective management strategy for type 2 diabetes. For people over 50 years. Class duration one hour to one and a half hours. Run by Physiotherapist. Requires an initial assessment. Contact 9769-1677.

 

 

The original Barbell Class!  An awesome all over body muscle conditioning class utilising free weights.  Designed to increase lean muscle mass and improve posture whilst keeping that metabolism up to burn those calories!

 

*Please note:  All classes are for a duration of one hour.  Spin classes 45 minutes.
