Class Descriptions

 

T.H.T.

A low impact, fat burning aerobic workout followed by toning and resistance work to target the tummy, hips and thighs.

 

AB BLITZ

A 30 min abdominal and core stability class to strengthen, tone and flatten your stomach

 

BOXING

This class provides a highly effective cardiovascular workout using boxing techniques and equipment. Great for fitness development and stress release

 

FAT BURNER

A fun, challenging class with great moves, interesting combinations and routines for all to enjoy!

 

YOGA

Improve your flexibility and stamina, whilst relaxing your mind.  A great way to unwind.

 

SPIN

What an experience!  Our beautifully designed luminous studio will invigorate you to climb those hills, cruise along the open roads and sprint to the finish line. A calorie killer and fantastic cardio workout.  Control the resistance features on your bike to suite your fitness level.

 

ZUMBA

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class designed for cardio and muscle toning and is an exciting fun way to sculpt n tone the body.

 

ZUMBA TONING

A blend of body sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning strength-training class.

 

 

 

BodyAttack is the sports inspired cardio workout that promotes strength and stamina! Combining athletic aerobic moves, sports inspired training, strength and stability work this class will help you Get Fit, Stay Fit or Get Fitter! With fitness options for all levels dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate the team to finish together!

 

Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

 

BodyBalance Is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

 

 

*Please note:  All classes are for a duration of one hour.  Spin and Ab classes 30 minutes.
